Due to the continued risk of COVID-19, please review the Guidelines & Procedures below before booking your appointment.
You will receive a required pre-screening survey via email 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time, which must be completed before you arrive.
All patients will be required to wear a face mask to enter the office. If you do not have a face mask available, one will be provided for you.
Please do not bring friends or family members to appointments. Only one patient is allowed in the treatment room at all times. The only exception is if a child (18 years or younger) is receiving treatment; in this case, one parent or legal guardian can be present in the room with them.
The waiting area will remain closed at this time. If you arrive early for your appointment, please send a text message to 978-999-2449 to notify that you have arrived, and if the room is ready you may be allowed to enter sooner.
In order to reduce the areas of contact, please wear clothes that can easily be adjusted for the treatment without needing to be removed. For example, wear shorts or pants that can easily be rolled/pulled up over the knees, tank tops/short sleeve shirts/sleeves that can comfortably be pulled up past the elbow and/or allow access to shoulders. Please leave any additional items in your vehicle.
When making your first appointment, you will now be required to have a card on file in order to reduce checkout time. Venmo and PayPal will continue to be optional forms of payment.
